The hotel offers stunningly decorated rooms that are simple yet beautifully appointed, providing an economy room experience. The service is very friendly and polite, although there was one staff member with a bad attitude. The location is well tended, featuring a luxury pool with lush surroundings. The dining experience is fantastic, and the facilities are in excellent shape.
Although the hotel didn't meet some expectations and had a few issues like an outdated design and non-functional amenities, my stay turned out surprisingly enjoyable with breathtaking balcony views and a stunning location. The high price didn't entirely match the experience due to shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The economy room turned out to be amazing, with a brand new feel, a super comfy bed, a huge walk-in rain shower, a private toilet area, and two sinks. However, there was an unexpected sewage smell in the middle of the night, and the waiters did forget some of our orders.
